The Association of Master Bakers and Caterers of Nigeria (AMBCN), FCT chapter has inaugurated new executive to pilot its affairs.
The inauguration took place yesterday in in Gwagwalada with lectures from representatives of NAFDAC and BOI
The nine member executive has AbdulRaheem Isiaq as chairman, Richard Adeyemi as the secretary and Nura Musa as the PRO
Outgoing chairman, Alh. Nura Muhammad in his welcoming address urged members of the association to support the incoming executive to continue from where he has stopped.
In his acceptance speech, AbdulRaheem Isiaq promised to continue from where his predecessor had stopped.
Isiaq also assured bakers that he and his team will work towards addressing the challenges faced by bakers due to the current economic hardship
Speaking earlier, the chairman Gwagwalada area council, Hon Adamu Mustapha Danze pledged to support the association to make it the strongest in the country, noting that the association should not be underrated because there is no home where bread is not consumed.
