There is a strong indication that Yobe state chairman of UPP and some members of the zone “B” APC caucus have thrown their weight behind Hon Sidi Yakubu Karsuwa who is a member of House of Rep as next governor of Yobe state in 2019.
Reliable sources from the Zone “B” confirmed to Leadership Weekend that, Hon Sidi Karasuwa’s choice is the product of a diligent and painstaking search for a leader with the capacity and political will to reconcile, rebuild and unite the structure of the party (APC) ahead of 2019 elections.
Reliable sources informed that at such a time as this, the great party of the APC needs a man with an uncommon political attributes, it described the choice, Hon Sidi Yakubu, as auspicious and apt considering the present state of the party.
“We shall all work together as ‘Yobeans’ to deliver Sidi Karsuwa in 2019. We have people and I have my friends who are also leading in their respective rights.
